Pentesting Internship (f/m/d)

SEC Consult is a specialist for external and internal security assessments, penetration testing, the development of security information management processes and certification processes (ISO 27001), cyber defense, secure software development and sustainable improvement of security levels.

Task area
  • Performing manual penetration tests and code reviews
  • Checking security-related products and services, including the removal of security vulnerabilities
  • Collaboration in the design of security whitepapers
  • Support the team in developing development guidelines and secure coding guidelines
  • Collaboration in projects to improve security in software development and in the implementation of information security processes
Qualifications
  • Passion for information security
  • Knowledge of software development, especially of web applications
  • Ideally some prior experience in software security
  • Some first experience in performing safety tests
  • Good knowledge of at least one of the following technologies: Java EE, ASP.NET, PHP, C / C ++, C#
  • Good knowledge of German and English in spoken and written
  • Experience with common operating systems (Windows, * nix) and networks have
  • Basic IT skills (operation, application development, administration)
