The renowned Great Place to Work® Institute has been conducting independent and anonymous audits for more than 30 years. The survey assesses how credibility, fairness, respect, pride and team spirit in the company are perceived by employees and where there could be potential for improvement. In addition, the effectiveness of the concepts, measures and programs implemented by the management in the HR area are assessed in a culture audit.
At SEC Consult, we also want to know how our employees are doing and have been part of the independent survey in Germany and Austria since 2019.
