Top ranking in the ICT and Berlin-Brandenburg categories
With the 11th place in the ICT category, the German location of SEC Consult emerged from the competition with a top ranking and even improved by one place compared to the previous year. In the category Berlin-Brandenburg, the region of the German headquarters, the company achieved an even better result and landed on the 7th place. Even away from the IT industry, SEC Consult was able to position itself as one of the best employers nationwide in the category "50 - 100 employees" and reached the top 20.

I am proud that we have improved further in the ICT category this year, making us even more attractive as an employer for the best cybersecurity specialists in the country," says Markus Robin, Managing Director of SEC Consult Germany.
Based on numerous criteria such as credibility, fairness, respect, pride or team spirit, the independent Great Place to Work® Institute determines which companies can claim the title of "Best Employer" in a country. The result is based on an anonymous and representative survey of employees.
In addition, the management takes part in a separate Culture Audit Management Survey©, which makes it possible to classify and evaluate the effectiveness of the measures implemented.
It was cited as particularly positive that the company's own work makes an important contribution and that it is generally appreciated in the company when new things are tried. The honest and ethical business practices and the encouragement of a good work-life balance also met with the employees' approval across the board and are therefore important reasons for the top ranking. In the Great Place to Work categories, SEC Consult was able to improve especially in the dimensions of pride (7%) and respect (7%) compared to the previous year. In general, many employees want to stay with the company for a longer period of time.
The results for Austria will be announced at the beginning of June. We are already curious!
