Under the motto "Digital Identities and How to Secure them", the organizers of the Swiss Cyber Storm once again welcomed numerous participants to the Kursaal Bern. The opportunity to attend the talks of international speakers was of great interest for the participants.

The SEC Consult presentation was given by Yves Pellaton, Senior Security Consultant and Teamlead in Switzerland. In his presentation on "How Secure Is Your Environment? Hacker's Perspectives...” he showed the perspectives and the methods used by hackers. It covered possible execution routes and results of phishing campaigns and physical intrusions. He presented the compromise of applications and infrastructure with real-world examples.

For many companies, professional preparation and defense against attacks is an important topic and is not losing its relevance.

However, the individual challenges of the companies are always individual. The experts at the booth of SEC Consult Switzerland had many interesting conversations during the day and exchanged information about current requirements. Of particular interest were the topics infrastructure assessment, security for SAP® services and reacting in case of emergency, but also security audits through penetration testing and mobile security.
